Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Canada: 7-15 business days
United Kingdom: 5-12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Pawvoria is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Pawvoria is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@pawvoria.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pawvoria.com and include photos of the product and packaging.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
